SolveXia pricing and what SolveXia costs in 2026

SolveXia does not publish prices. Every contract is quoted after a demo, and the quote depends on named users, the modules you switch on and your data volume. There is no public transaction data for SolveXia contracts either, so the best budget anchor is what comparable quote-based reconciliation tools sell for: roughly $15,000 to $50,000 a year for mid-market teams, plus implementation. If you mainly need bank, payout and invoice matching, self-serve tools with published plans start at $888 a year.

How much does SolveXia cost per year?

SolveXia's website sends every pricing question to a demo request, and review sites such as Capterra and Software Advice list it as "contact vendor" with no free trial. ERP Research, which tracks pricing for financial close vendors, also lists SolveXia as quoted per deployment with no published starting price. Vendr has a SolveXia listing but no contract data on it.

That leaves comparison as the honest way to estimate. SolveXia positions itself against BlackLine as a right-sized tool for mid-market teams, so the realistic range sits between self-serve reconciliation software and the enterprise suites:

ToolHow it is soldTypical annual costSource
SolveXia Quote after demo Not published SolveXia, Capterra, ERP Research
Numeric Quote Median about $15,000, range $4,320 to $41,976 Vendr, 48 purchases
FloQast Quote Median about $24,481, range $10,147 to $68,727 Vendr, 312 purchases
ReconArt Quote Average about $49,532 Vendr
BlackLine Quote Median about $40,125, range $13,154 to $101,000 Vendr, 74 purchases
Reconciles Published plans $888 to $5,988 billed yearly reconciles.ai pricing

For a team of 5 to 15 finance users with a handful of reconciliation workflows, a first SolveXia quote in the same band as Numeric and FloQast, low to mid five figures a year, is a reasonable planning assumption. Treat it as an assumption until you have a written quote.

What a SolveXia quote covers

SolveXia is a no-code automation platform for finance data. Its main use cases are reconciliations across many data sources, regulatory and financial reporting, and the data preparation in between. Finance users build and maintain the workflows themselves instead of filing IT tickets.

Since January 6, 2026 SolveXia belongs to GTreasury, the treasury management company Ripple acquired in 2025. GTreasury bought it to add reconciliation and regulatory reporting to its treasury platform. For a buyer that matters in two ways: SolveXia may now be offered as part of a wider treasury deal, and renewal terms can change after an acquisition, so ask for multi-year price protection in writing.

SolveXia describes its ideal customer as a mid-market team with 10 to 20 legal entities, under 500,000 transactions a month and data coming from several systems. If that is you, the quote will be built around those workflows. If you are smaller, you may be paying for configurability you will not use.

What drives the SolveXia price

  • Named users. Seats are the most common per-unit driver in this category, and the person building workflows usually counts as a full user.
  • Modules. A base platform fee plus each functional area you switch on, such as reconciliations or regulatory reporting.
  • Data volume. Rows processed and the number of data sources feed into the tier you are quoted.
  • Term length. Multi-year commitments buy a lower annual rate, and SolveXia's sales team will usually offer one.
  • Implementation and services. Workflow setup, data connections and training are often a separate line.

The quote is negotiable. A written competing quote or a published price from a comparable tool is the strongest lever you have, which is why it helps to run your own files through a self-serve tool before the demo.

Does SolveXia charge for implementation?

Implementation is scoped in the quote rather than listed. SolveXia says its rollouts are measured in weeks rather than months and do not need a dedicated administrator, which is a real advantage over enterprise suites. Still, someone on your team builds and owns each workflow, and that time is a cost. Ask whether onboarding is fixed fee, how many workflows it includes and what a new workflow costs after go-live.

What to budget for SolveXia in year one

Year one usually has three parts: the subscription, implementation services and internal time to build and test workflows. A planning example for a 10 user team with three reconciliation workflows: a subscription in the $20,000 to $40,000 range by comparison with similar tools, a services line that can add 10% to 30% in year one, and a few weeks of a senior accountant's time. Replace each line with the numbers from your quote.

Before you budget that, check what you actually need automated. If the close is late because of bank lines, Stripe and PayPal payouts and invoices that will not match, a dedicated matching tool covers that job for a fraction of the cost. Our reconciliation software cost comparison puts nine vendors side by side.

Questions to ask SolveXia before you sign

  • Which modules are in the quote, and what does each one cost on its own?
  • How many named users are included, and what does an extra user cost?
  • Is the price tied to data volume, and what happens when we exceed the tier?
  • What is included in implementation, and is it a fixed fee?
  • Does the GTreasury ownership change the contract, support or roadmap?
  • What is the renewal cap after year one?

Anyone already running a separate compliance program can ask how SolveXia's regulatory reporting overlaps with their compliance management software, so the same obligations are not paid for twice.

When a self-serve tool costs less than SolveXia

SolveXia earns its price when you have many entities, many data sources and reporting workflows that change often. If your problem is narrower, matching the bank to the ledger, processor payouts to deposits and payments to invoices, a self-serve tool does that job without a sales cycle. Reconciles plans start at $74 a month billed yearly for 3 accounts and 3,000 matched transactions, Growth covers 5 entities and all processors at $199 a month billed yearly, and Scale handles 25 entities and 100,000 transactions at $499 a month billed yearly. You can test matching on your own files before you pay.

SolveXia pricing questions

How much does SolveXia cost?

SolveXia does not publish prices and quotes every deployment after a demo. No public contract data exists, but comparable quote-based reconciliation tools sell for a median of about $15,000 to $40,000 a year on Vendr, so a mid-market team should plan for low to mid five figures plus implementation.

Does SolveXia have a free trial?

No. SolveXia does not offer a self-serve trial, and review sites list "free trial not available". Access starts with a demo and a scoped quote. Tools with published plans let you upload your own bank and ledger files and see matches before you pay anything.

Who owns SolveXia?

GTreasury acquired SolveXia on January 6, 2026, to add reconciliation and regulatory reporting automation to its treasury management platform. GTreasury itself was acquired by Ripple in 2025. SolveXia continues to be sold as its own product.

Is SolveXia cheaper than BlackLine?

SolveXia positions itself as a fraction of BlackLine's cost for mid-market teams, and BlackLine's Vendr median is about $40,125 a year. Without published SolveXia prices, compare full written quotes, including implementation and renewal caps, rather than positioning claims.

Check your own matching before the demo

Upload a bank statement and a ledger or processor export. You will see how much of your reconciliation work matches automatically, which gives you a real number to bring into the SolveXia negotiation.
