Get a faster answer
- For a file or match question, include the run link from your browser address bar and the name of the file. Please do not send statements by email, we can see the run in your workspace.
- For billing, write from the email address on your account and mention your plan.
- For a security review or questionnaire, tell us your plan. Scale workspaces download the security questionnaire pack from the account.
- For deleting your data, write from the email on your account. Demo files are processed in your browser and never stored, so there is nothing to delete.
