Reconciliation software pricing for every finance team
Reconciliation software pricing is based on how many bank and payment accounts you reconcile and how many transactions you match each month. Every plan is self-serve, includes the matching engine, the exceptions queue and exports, and costs 50% less when you pay yearly.

How usage is counted
01
A transaction is one line on either side that the engine processes in a run. A bank statement with 800 lines matched against an invoice list with 650 lines counts as 1,450 transactions.
02
An account is one bank account, card account, processor account or marketplace account you reconcile. Your ledger does not count as an account.
03
AI match suggestions are proposals for unclear pairs, each with a confidence score and a reason. Rule-based and exact matches never use them, so they do not count against the limit.
04
When you reach a limit, matching pauses for new runs and an Upgrade button shows the next plan. Nothing already reconciled is lost, and the counters reset at the start of each billing period.
Try it before you choose a plan
Upload a bank statement and a second file on the home page and see the first matched pairs without an account. After you sign up, your account gets one more sample run of up to 500 lines with a preview export. The sample run is a one-time demo, not a plan.
No. You can try the engine once on your own files without an account, and once more after you sign up. To reconcile full months you choose Starter, Growth or Scale.
You pay for twelve months at once at half the monthly price. Starter costs $888 a year, Growth $2,388 a year and Scale $5,988 a year.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
