FloQast pricing and what FloQast costs in 2026

FloQast does not publish prices. Its pricing page names three packages, Close Management, Close AI and Risk and Compliance, and every one is quoted after a demo. Procurement marketplace Vendr reports a median of about $24,481 per year across 312 FloQast purchases, with deals from roughly $10,147 to $68,727, before onboarding services.

How much does FloQast cost per year?

Because FloQast lists no prices, the public numbers come from buyers who share contracts with procurement platforms. Vendr is the largest sample, and in 2026 it showed these figures for FloQast.

FigureWhat buyers reported
Median annual contract About $24,481 per year
Low end of the range About $10,147 per year
High end of the range About $68,727 per year
Purchases in the sample 312
List prices Not published, every package is quoted
Onboarding services Reported from about $5,000 to $30,000 or more

Read the median as a reference point, not a quote. Half the buyers in that sample paid less and half paid more, and the spread is wide because the package, the number of entities and the add-on modules all move the price. Vendr's own deployment estimates are higher than the median for companies running many entities or several modules, so a 25 entity group should not budget from the middle of the range.

FloQast packages and what each one covers

FloQast's pricing page groups the product into three packages. It shows what is inside each but no amounts.

PackageWhat FloQast lists in it
Close Management Close checklist, account reconciliations, accounting operations, projects, AI assistant, ERP integration
Close AI Everything in Close Management plus AI agents, AI matching, automated reconciliations and journal entry posting
Risk and Compliance Controls, audit readiness, enterprise risk management and operational audits, sold alone or with a close package

FloQast marks Close AI as its most popular package. If the reason you are buying is transaction matching, that is the package that contains it, because AI matching and automated reconciliations are not part of Close Management on its own.

Does FloQast charge per user?

FloQast says it does not. Its pricing page describes packages that scale with business outcomes rather than seat count, and promises no per-user fees. Some third-party blogs still quote a per-user monthly figure, so if seats matter to your budget, ask the sales team to confirm in writing that adding a preparer or reviewer during the term does not change the price.

What does change the price is scope. The package, the modules you add, the number of entities and accounts, your ERP connection and the length of the term are the inputs buyers mention most often.

What drives the FloQast price

  • Package: Close AI costs more than Close Management because it adds matching, automated reconciliations and journal entry posting.
  • Compliance: adding Risk and Compliance for SOX work is a separate line in the quote.
  • Entities and accounts: more legal entities and more balance sheet accounts mean a bigger deployment.
  • ERP: FloQast connects to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Xero and Workday, and complex or custom connections add onboarding work.
  • Term: Vendr reports annual contracts of one to three years, with multi-year deals trading a lower yearly rate for commitment.
  • Renewal: Vendr reports yearly increases of 3 to 7 percent at renewal, which buyers try to cap before signing.

How much does FloQast implementation cost?

Onboarding is billed as services on top of the subscription. Vendr's data puts it at roughly $5,000 for a simple setup to $30,000 or more for larger, multi-entity rollouts, and third-party reviews describe standard ERP integrations taking several weeks.

Two numbers matter here. The first is the fee itself. The second is the weeks between signature and the first close run in FloQast, because your team keeps closing the old way, with the old hours, until then. Ask for both in writing next to the license quote.

What to budget for FloQast in year one

A realistic year one budget has four lines.

  • Subscription: the yearly price of the package and modules in your proposal.
  • Onboarding: the services fee for configuration, ERP connection and migration.
  • Internal time: hours your controller and accountants spend in workshops, testing and training.
  • Renewal: the increase cap and the price of adding entities mid-term.

Using the Vendr median and the low end of onboarding, a typical first year lands near $30,000. A larger group with Close AI, compliance and many entities can be several times that. Compare the total against the job you need done, not against the logo.

Questions to ask FloQast before you sign

  • Which package is this quote for, and which features from the demo sit in another package?
  • Is AI matching included, and how many accounts and transactions does it cover?
  • Is the price fixed if we add users, entities or accounts during the term?
  • What is the onboarding fee, who delivers it, and when is our first close live?
  • What is the renewal increase cap for every year of the term?
  • What happens to our reconciliations and history if we do not renew?

Written answers make the FloQast quote comparable with every other proposal, and they often bring the price down, because scope you do not need comes out of the deal.

When a self-serve tool costs less than FloQast

FloQast is built to run the whole close: checklists, sign-offs, reconciliations, flux analysis and controls. If your close is late mainly because matching takes days, such as bank lines to the ledger, Stripe or Shopify payouts to deposits, or one wire against five invoices, you may be pricing a suite to solve one step of it.

Reconciles does that step and publishes its prices. Starter is $888 a year, Growth $2,388 and Scale $5,988, each billed yearly, with no onboarding fee and no demo required. Scale covers 60 accounts, 100,000 matched transactions a month, 25 entities, SSO and an audit log, and still costs about a quarter of the median FloQast contract. You can see real matches from your own files on the home page before you pay, and our FloQast competitors and alternatives page compares the two side by side.

FloQastReconciles
How prices are set Quoted per customer after a demo Published on the pricing page
Reported or listed yearly cost Median about $24,481, per Vendr buyer data $888 to $5,988 billed yearly
Onboarding Separate services, about $5,000 to $30,000 or more None, self-serve
Scope Full close, reconciliations, compliance Transaction matching and exceptions
Per-user fees None, per FloQast None, seats are included in each plan
Best for Mid-market and enterprise close teams Small and mid-size finance teams, ecommerce brands, accounting firms

If matching is only one of the manual steps slowing your close, look at the others too. Vendor bills keyed by hand are another common one, and teams often automate accounts payable invoice processing separately before the close even starts. For the matching itself, the month end close software page shows where Reconciles fits, and reconciliation software pricing lists every limit.

FloQast pricing questions

How much does FloQast cost?

FloQast does not publish prices. Buyer data on Vendr shows a median contract of about $24,481 per year, with a range of roughly $10,147 to $68,727 across 312 purchases. Onboarding services are extra, and larger multi-entity deployments with several modules cost more than the median.

Does FloQast have a free trial?

FloQast does not offer a self-serve trial on its website. Access starts with a demo booked through the sales team, followed by a quote for the package you need. Tools with published plans let you test matching on your own files before buying.

Is FloQast worth it for a small business?

Usually not. FloQast is designed for accounting teams running a structured close, often with SOX controls, and the median contract sits near $24,000 a year before onboarding. A small business that mainly needs bank, payout and invoice matching is better served by reconciliation software for small business.

What is cheaper than FloQast for reconciliation?

Self-serve reconciliation tools cost a fraction of a typical FloQast contract when you only need matching. Reconciles starts at $74 per month billed yearly, has no onboarding fee and lets you check matches on your own bank and ledger files before you pay.
