Numeric pricing and what Numeric costs in 2026

Numeric does not list prices. Its pricing page shows four products, Close Management and Analytics, Cash Management, Billing and Revenue and an ERP Replacement, and builds every plan from your transaction count, number of seats and business context. Procurement marketplace Vendr reports a median of about $15,000 per year across 48 Numeric purchases, with deals from roughly $4,320 to $41,976.

How much does Numeric cost per year?

With no public price list, the useful numbers come from buyers who share their contracts with procurement platforms. Vendr has the largest public sample for Numeric, and in October 2026 it showed these figures.

FigureWhat buyers reported
Median annual contract About $15,000 per year
Low end of the range About $4,320 per year
High end of the range About $41,976 per year
Sample size 48 purchases
Implementation, budgeted separately About $5,000 to $25,000
Typical renewal increase About 3% to 7% a year
Negotiated discount buyers report About 15% to 30% below the first quote

A sample of 48 is small, so treat the median as a planning number, not a quote. It is still a useful anchor. Numeric sits below FloQast, where Vendr's median is about $24,481, and well below BlackLine at about $40,125, which matches how most buyers describe the three. Our breakdowns of FloQast pricing and BlackLine pricing use the same sources.

Numeric products and what each one covers

Numeric's pricing page lets you mix and match any product except the ERP Replacement, which includes the full suite. Its site describes them this way.

ProductWhat it covers
Close Management and Analytics Close checklists, account reconciliation, flux analysis with drafted explanations, transaction monitors, custom reporting
Cash Management Cash matching with rules on memo, amount and date range, plus journal entry automation
Billing and Revenue Billing and revenue recognition
ERP Replacement The full financial data platform, with subledgers, reporting and the other three products

Most buyers who search for Numeric pricing want Close Management, sometimes with Cash Management added. Several review sites also list an older three tier layout, Essentials at $30 per user per month, then Growth and Enterprise on custom pricing. Numeric's current pricing page does not show that tier, so ask whether it still exists before you plan around it.

What drives the Numeric price

  • Transaction count. Numeric names it first. A team matching 50,000 card and payout lines a month will be quoted more than one closing a single bank account.
  • Seats. Preparers and reviewers who log in during the close are counted.
  • Products. Close Management alone costs less than Close plus Cash Management, and far less than the ERP Replacement.
  • Business context. Numeric's wording for entities, ERP, currencies and how complex your close is. NetSuite is the system its site names most often.
  • Contract length. Vendr buyers report better pricing on multi-year terms and at the vendor's quarter or year end.

Does Numeric charge for onboarding?

Numeric says onboarding and data migration are scoped upfront and fully transparent, which means you see the cost before you sign rather than after. Vendr's guidance is to budget roughly $5,000 to $25,000 for implementation, depending on how many entities, accounts and integrations you bring. A team on NetSuite with clean account mapping lands near the low end. A multi-entity company moving reconciliations out of spreadsheets for the first time lands higher.

Ask for the onboarding scope in writing, with the number of accounts and reconciliation templates included, so the first invoice does not surprise anyone.

What to budget for Numeric in year one

1. Subscription. Start from the Vendr median of about $15,000 and move up for more seats, transactions or products.

2. Onboarding. Add $5,000 to $25,000 per Vendr's range, unless Numeric's scoped quote says otherwise.

3. Internal time. Someone on your team maps accounts, builds checklists and tests matching rules for several weeks.

4. Renewal. Plan for a 3% to 7% increase at year two, or negotiate a cap before signing.

For a mid-size team that is often $20,000 to $40,000 in the first year. That is reasonable for a full close platform. It is a lot to spend if the only thing slowing your close is matching bank lines to the ledger.

Questions to ask Numeric before you sign

  • Which products does the quote include, and is Cash Management needed for bank and payout matching?
  • How are transactions counted, and what happens if volume doubles mid-contract?
  • Which seats count, and are reviewers or auditors billed?
  • What exactly is in the onboarding scope, and what costs extra?
  • Is there a renewal cap, and what discount applies to a two or three year term?
  • Does the integration support our ERP natively, or through file import?

When a self-serve tool costs less than Numeric

Numeric earns its price when you want the whole close in one place: checklists, sign-offs, flux explanations and reconciliations, often on NetSuite. Plenty of teams start a Numeric evaluation for a narrower reason. Stripe and Shopify payouts arrive net of fees, customers pay several invoices with one ACH, and the bank feed never ties out by day three. That is a matching problem.

Reconciles solves only that problem, with published prices. Starter is $888 a year billed yearly, Growth $2,388 and Scale $5,988, with no onboarding fee. Growth covers 15 accounts, 20,000 matched transactions a month and 5 entities, which is the range where most Numeric shortlists start. Our Numeric alternative page compares the two side by side, including when Numeric is the better pick.

If some of your banks still send PDF statements only, you can convert the PDF bank statement to Excel before the matching run so every line is usable. Then drop the bank file and the ledger export into the matcher, see how many lines pair on the first pass, and decide with your own numbers whether you need a close platform or a matching tool. Every plan limit is on the reconciliation software pricing page.

Numeric pricing questions

How much does Numeric cost?

Numeric does not publish prices. Buyer data on Vendr shows a median contract of about $15,000 per year, with a range of roughly $4,320 to $41,976 across 48 purchases. Onboarding is scoped separately, and Vendr suggests budgeting $5,000 to $25,000 for it depending on entities and integrations.

Does Numeric charge per user?

Partly. Numeric says its plans are built from the number of transactions, the number of seats and business context, so seats affect the quote but are not the only driver. Review sites also list an older Essentials tier at $30 per user per month that the current pricing page does not show.

Does Numeric have a free trial?

Numeric does not offer a self-serve trial on its website. Access starts with a demo and a custom quote. Tools with published plans let you test matching on your own bank and ledger files before you pay anything.

Is Numeric cheaper than FloQast?

On Vendr's data, usually yes. Numeric's median contract is about $15,000 a year against about $24,481 for FloQast, though both are quoted per customer and large deployments of either cost far more than the median.
