Reconciles

SolveXia alternative and SolveXia competitors for bank, payout and invoice matching

Reconciles is a SolveXia alternative for finance teams that bought into a no-code automation platform to fix reconciliations and mainly need bank lines, processor payouts and invoices matched. SolveXia is quoted after a demo, publishes no prices and has belonged to GTreasury, Ripple's treasury business, since January 2026. Reconciles publishes its plans from $888 a year, needs no workflow build and shows matched pairs from your own files within minutes.

Where SolveXia fits and where it does not

SolveXia is a finance automation platform. Its own site lists reconciliation next to rebate management, regulatory reporting, revenue management, expense and payment management and APRA reporting, plus data preparation and reporting. Finance users build workflows themselves in a no-code builder and connect them to their systems and databases. SolveXia describes its ideal customer as a mid-market team with 10 to 20 legal entities, under 500,000 transactions a month and data spread across several systems.

That makes sense when reconciliation is one of five processes you want to automate on the same platform, or when regulatory reporting is the real reason you are buying. It is more platform than you need when the problem is narrower: a Stripe payout that lands net of fees, a customer who pays six invoices with one ACH, a bank account that never ties to QuickBooks or NetSuite. Those are matching problems, and matching is the only problem Reconciles is built for.

We only state facts about SolveXia that SolveXia or a named review or procurement source publishes. Ask SolveXia for current scope and terms, and run this month's files through Reconciles before the demo.

The peer range comes from Vendr data on Numeric, FloQast and BlackLine, summarized in our breakdown of SolveXia pricing. Treat it as a planning number until SolveXia puts a quote in writing.

Other SolveXia competitors on a typical shortlist

Teams that compare SolveXia competitors usually end up with the same names. They solve different versions of the problem, so start from the job.

  • BlackLine is an enterprise close and reconciliation suite, quoted after a demo, with a Vendr median near $40,125 a year. See the BlackLine alternative page.
  • Trintech sells Adra for the mid-market and Cadency for large groups, both covering the close and account reconciliations. Our Trintech alternative page compares them with self-serve matching.
  • FloQast runs close checklists and reconciliations for mid-market accounting teams. See the FloQast alternative page.
  • Numeric combines close management, cash matching and analytics, mostly for NetSuite teams. See the Numeric alternative page.
  • ReconArt is a quote-based reconciliation platform for banks and mid-size companies, covered in ReconArt pricing.
  • Simetrik and ReconNET appear next to SolveXia on CB Insights and Gartner comparison lists.

If the shortlist exists because reconciliations are late, test the matching first. A platform that still leaves 400 unmatched payout lines on day three has not fixed the close.

What changes when matching moves to Reconciles

No workflow to build

You upload a bank statement and a ledger, payout or invoice file. The engine matches one to one, one to many and many to one, and you save the rules that worked as you go instead of designing a workflow first.

Processor payouts tied to deposits

Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Shopify and Amazon pay out net of fees, refunds and chargebacks. Reconciles splits each payout into its parts, ties it to the bank deposit and books the fees, see payment reconciliation software.

A reason on every suggested match

Each pair carries a match reason and a confidence score, so a reviewer approves the work instead of rebuilding it.

Exceptions in one sorted queue

Lines that do not match land in a queue split into unmatched, partial, duplicate, amount difference and date difference, with assignment and comments on Growth and submit, approve and reopen with an audit log on Scale.

How to test a SolveXia alternative before the demo

1. Export last month's bank statement and the ledger, payout or invoice file it should match.

2. Drop both files into the matcher on the home page and review the matched pairs and reasons.

3. Save the rules that worked, then add your other accounts and entities.

4. Clear the exceptions queue and export the reconciliation report or journal entries for QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite.

When SolveXia is the better fit

We would rather you buy the right tool. SolveXia is likely the stronger choice if:

  • Regulatory reporting, rebates or revenue processes are on the same project as reconciliations.
  • You want finance users to build and own many custom data workflows in one platform.
  • You run 10 to 20 entities with data in several systems and have budget for an implementation.
  • Your treasury team is already talking to GTreasury and wants reconciliation in the same contract.

When Reconciles is the better fit

  • Your close slips because bank, payout and invoice matching takes days.
  • You want a price you can approve today rather than a quote after a demo.
  • You sell through Stripe, Shopify, PayPal or Amazon and fight fee and refund differences every month.
  • You run several entities and want them in one workspace, see multi entity account reconciliation software.
  • You want to see matches on your own data before you talk to anyone.

Published prices instead of a custom quote

Starter costs $74 per month billed yearly or $149 monthly, with 3 accounts and 3,000 matched transactions a month. Growth costs $199 per month billed yearly or $399 monthly, with 15 accounts, 20,000 transactions, 5 entities and QuickBooks and Xero journal entries. Scale costs $499 per month billed yearly or $999 monthly, with 60 accounts, 100,000 transactions, 25 entities, API and SFTP drop, NetSuite journal entries, SSO and an audit log. Scale billed yearly is $5,988, well under the low end of what comparable quote-based tools report. Every limit is listed on the pricing page.
